Outdoor Fitness Equipment
Client: Wickey, Germany
Outdoor fitness equipment, developed for and with the Wickey development team.
The range of equipment that we developed includes over twenty setups that are securely fixed to the ground and two sizes of fitness benches that can be used alongside the fixed equipment.
The products are designed to help customers stay fit and healthy by enabling a variety of outdoor workout options.
During the project, I designed and prepared several parts for production, while implementing feedback of the team along the way. Certain components were crucial for the construction, while others were designed specifically to enhance functionality and expand the variety of fitness exercises.
I then transformed the team's ideas and concepts into CAD files with the entire constructions, incorporating all necessary components. I also assisted with article management.
The product series is intended for private use and developed according to the DIN EN 71 norms for safety of toys for domestic use.
Other products designed with Wickey are developed in accordance with the EN 1776 norms for public playground equipment, for example these spring rockers.
The series we developed consists of more than 20 products.
We also developed a related product series that has more features that are specifically designed for children.
